Because every conversation becomes structured data, that dashboard also gives the merchant business intelligence on their own operation: best-selling items, busiest days, average order value, and returning customers — from conversations that would otherwise leave no record at all.

These merchants remain independent businesses. XParrot provides the technology; the merchant sells, prepares, and delivers its own goods and services.
