XParrot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026 · XParrot (أكس باروت), registered in Lebanon · Contact: admin@xparrot.ai

These terms govern your use of XParrot. By using the service — as a merchant, or by messaging a merchant who uses XParrot — you agree to them.

1. What XParrot provides

XParrot is an AI assistant that receives orders and booking requests on a merchant's WhatsApp number, understands them in Arabic, Lebanese dialect, Arabizi, or English, and delivers them as structured orders in a dashboard the merchant manages.

We provide the tool. We do not sell, prepare, or deliver any goods or services ourselves.

2. Merchant accounts

If you use XParrot to run your business, you are responsible for:

3. Orders are between you and your customer

Every order placed through XParrot is a transaction between the merchant and their customer. XParrot is not a party to that transaction, does not take payment on the merchant's behalf unless expressly agreed in writing, and is not responsible for the goods or services provided.

4. WhatsApp and Meta policies

XParrot operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Merchants must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and Meta's terms. Messaging people who have not contacted you, sending unsolicited or bulk promotional messages, or selling prohibited goods can result in your number being restricted or banned by Meta — which is outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use XParrot to send spam, to harass anyone, to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to access another merchant's data or disrupt the service.

6. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing period, and what is included are agreed with you before charging. We will give reasonable notice before changing fees. Messaging costs charged by Meta may apply to your account depending on your setup.

7. Availability

We work to keep XParrot running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties — including WhatsApp/Meta, hosting, and AI providers — and may be affected by their outages, maintenance, or policy changes. Automated replies may occasionally misunderstand a request; merchants should review orders before fulfilling them.

8. Data and privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants remain responsible for handling their own customers' information lawfully.

9. Intellectual property

XParrot, including the platform, dashboard, and branding, belongs to us. Your business content — your menu, catalogue, and customer conversations — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using XParrot at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, violates WhatsApp or Meta policies, or puts the service or other merchants at risk. On termination, you may request an export of your order data.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XParrot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute.
